At Mahadhya, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Mahadhya account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
